Tropical Salvage-made display shelves and furniture adorn the new showroom.



The olive oil sampling bar is a unique custom piece designed by Nasser Abufarha, the director of Canaan Fair Trade.

Centuries-old olive groves surround the new facility, located on five acres of land near the village of Burqin.



A factory worker pours freshly picked olives into the press, beginning the extraction process.



Canaan employees work the main olive press in the company's new facility. The state-of-the-art press was imported from Italy.
